Where do I get a Claude payment receipt/invoice? I need it for company expenses

Anonymous7/17/2026· Views 140
I paid for Claude Pro with my company card and need a receipt to process it for reimbursement. I checked settings and it just shows that this month's charge went through, but I can't find a way to download past billing statements or an official invoice (like a tax invoice). Can you get them if you provide business info, or do I just have to use my credit card statement?

Hello, this is an admin response. To start with the conclusion: you can check and download past payment invoices within the Claude app, but Korean-style formal tax invoices are not issued. 1. Here's how to check your payment invoices. Go to Settings on the web and open the Billing menu. There's an Invoices section, and for each payment from past months, you can click the View button to open and download the invoices. Also, whenever a payment is made, a receipt is automatically sent to the email registered at sign-up, so you can search by sender in your mailbox and collect past payments. 2. Here's how to enter business information. In the same Billing settings screen, there's a field for business registration number (Tax ID or VAT ID). If you register this, the information will be displayed on subsequently issued invoices. However, this is an invoice issued by Anthropic, a foreign business—it's only included as reference information and doesn't convert to a domestic tax invoice format. 3. Here's why tax invoices aren't available. Under Korean VAT law, tax invoices can only be issued by entities with domestic business registration. Since Anthropic is a foreign business, it structurally cannot issue Korean-style tax invoices. This is similar to the situation with ChatGPT and other foreign SaaS payments. In practice, people often attach the above invoices (receipts) along with credit card statements and use them for expense processing. However, regarding VAT withholding or the possibility of input tax credit, this can vary depending on the type of business and situation. I recommend consulting with a tax accountant for accurate processing.
