Hello, this is the administrator. This is the most common question from Windows users, and it's usually resolved in the following order. 1. Close the terminal completely and open a new one. Right after installation, it's most common for the existing window to not recognize the new PATH (list of command locations). 2. Check your Node.js version. You need version 18 or higher based on node -v. If it's an older version, the installation itself may have been incomplete. 3. Check where it's installed. The path output from npm config get prefix must be in the system environment variable PATH. If not, add that path to PATH and restart the terminal. 4. If it still doesn't work, try reinstalling with npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code while watching for error messages. If you see a permissions error, open the terminal as an administrator and try again. For comprehensive troubleshooting procedures including Windows-specific cases (PowerShell execution policy, corporate PC permissions, etc.), I've organized everything in the troubleshooting guide below. https://usingclaude.com/ko/claude-code/troubleshooting/claude-code-install-troubleshoot If the above 4 steps don't work, copy the error message exactly and leave it as a comment. I'll take a look and help you out.
