Hello, this is the administrator. The symptom you mentioned is likely a structural characteristic of long conversations rather than a bug. Cause: Every time Claude answers, it re-reads everything from the beginning of that conversation to now. If a conversation goes back and forth dozens of times and has files attached too, the amount to process grows every answer, so responses get slower and usage consumption skyrockets. Answers getting cut off is often a signal that you're approaching the processing limit. The solution is simple. 1. Ask the current conversation 'summarize what we've covered so far.' 2. Take that summary, open a new conversation, paste it there, and continue working. The speed comes right back. 3. If there are materials you refer to repeatedly, upload them to the Projects feature and every conversation starts lightweight. As a bonus, this way you have much more breathing room in your usage limit. The relationship between long conversations and usage is organized in the article below. https://usingclaude.com/ko/pricing/plans/claude-usage-limits-guide
