Can I use a Korean card to pay for Claude Pro? It keeps getting blocked.

When I try to pay for Pro, it keeps failing with a domestically issued credit card. I'm not sure if it doesn't work even though my card supports international payments, or if certain card issuers just don't work. If anyone's using a Korean card successfully, what card did you use? I'm also wondering if I need to use something like PayPal instead.
