Follow-up (July 2026): The situation has changed since this note. The US government lifted the export controls on June 30, 2026, and Fable 5 has been available again to users worldwide since July 1, 2026 (per Anthropic's official statement). Mythos 5 access has been restored for approved Project Glasswing organizations.
